Typical Options

To ensure each house matches the needs of each of our customers, we ensure there are a vast range of options available. Some of the typical options offered on each of our developments are:

Tiling:

• Choices available for all tiling
• Tiled Floors to bathrooms and kitchens
• Fully tiled bathrooms
• Even if you don’t find a tile from the range offered, we are willing to take tiles that you source yourself.

Hardwood Floors and Carpets

Choose the finishes through out the house to allow you to move in with all carpets or flooring in place.

Upgraded Kitchen Units and Appliances

 All of our kitchens are fully customisable on early sales.  We would allow you to work with the kitchen supplier to determine your needs and ensure you have the kitchen the way you want it.  

Green Options:

As well as the standard sustainable approach Colain have to building your new home, we also offer you the chance to include the following options in your new home. Other options may be available on request. Grants are possibly available to reduce the initial cost of these.

Ground Source Heat Pumps - A ground source heat pump could save you between £400 and £800 a year on heating bills.

Solar Water Heating systems - Solar Water Heating could save you around £40 a year in energy bills

Grey Water Recyling for use in the garden.
