Programme Management

If you have a number of projects being undertaken either in one phase or in multiple phases, Colain can assist by offering a management solution to ensure each project is co-ordinated and integrated into a single programme which should provide your organisation of a much greater chance of overall success.

Due Diligence

If you invest in real estate, you will want to ensure your investment is worthwhile. Colain can step in during the construction stage, undertake surveys of the ongoing construction and advising on any risks which may affect your investment. We will look at standard of workmanship, quality of materials used and make an assessment on the time to completion based on the information to hand.

New Build Inspections

Nearing or post completion of the construction, we can also carry out quality surveys on your behalf, compiling a major defects list for rectification by the developer or house builder.  This is particularly relevant for purchasers of new build houses who will not have the backing of other consultants to check their new home prior to taking ownership.
