Working with James G Findlay Ltd as our partner and Civil Engineering contractor, we are able to undertake a full build projects from start to finish. We can offer a full Design and Build service for your new home or building at competitive rates with a focus on providing excellent Customer Service at all times.

Colain offer Construction services for Domestic and Commercial Clients.  We are able to offer full design and build services for all types of build including new housing and commercial projects.

Construction Advice:

Colain offer Construction and Project Management services to clients of all sizes. If you are looking for full programme or project management services or just project monitoring, Colain are able to provide you with a personal service that can be tailor made to suit your requirements.  From advice and assistance on your self-build new home, supervision of an office fit-out or project management on construction of a large scale mixed use project, contact us to see how we can help.
